Henrik volgde zijn opleiding aan de John Cranko School en de Staatliche Balletschule van Keulen in Duitsland. Hij kreeg belangrijke beurzen om te studeren aan de Joffrey Ballet School en de David Howards Studios in New York. Hij danste bij gezelschappen in de VS, Zwitserland, Duitsland en Nederland. Hier was hij twee seizoenen werkzaam bij Conny Janssen Danst.
Sinds 1992 is hij als free-lance danser en als choreograaf actief.

Henrik was educated at the John Cranko School and the State Ballet Academy of Cologne. He followed important scholarships at the Joffrey Ballet School and the David Howards Studios in New York. He danced with a wide variety of dance companies in the US and in Europe. In the Netherlands he worked two seasons with Conny Jansen Danst.
Since 1992 he works as a free-lance dancer and as a choreographer.
